My last blog I reported that I had done the Word Press Run – and was planning to start the Cabbage soup diet.  Am happy to report, 7 days later that I did the cabbage soup diet, and lost 7 lbs in 1 week. I am pretty happy with that.  Hope that will kick start me off to the Spring healthy eating and exercise..new me plan!!

I also did a 16km (or so) run yesterday…Crazy weather in Toronto, during my run, I got rained on, hailed on and snowed on…But it was all good.   Am planning to sign up for a half-marathon in May…and maybe a triathlon in June….let’s see.
